Returns & Refunds


We’re delighted to have you shop at Firusas. If by any chance you wish to return your order, you may do so within 28 days since you have received your purchase.

The easiest way to return your item is to use the return form you will find in your package. We kindly ask you to do so, in order to save time.

We carry the costs of the return shipment. Exempt from that are shipments that are not sent from the same place where you picked it up, as well as all shipment methods that exceed the lowest available rate.

Kindly note that all returned items must be new and unworn, with all Firusas tags and designer labels still attached.

We will not accept the return of items:

-    that were ordered to your specifications, or were tailored to your personal needs,

-    that were not purchased directly from https://firusas.com/,

-    that were delivered with a seal, and cannot be taken back for hygienic reasons, or for health protection reasons, in as far as the seal has been broken after receipt.


Kindly note that all packages are insured while in transit from Firusas to the delivery destination. In case you wish to return your order, only if you use our return label, the package will remain to be insured. If you buy the post’s return label and the package gets lost, you will carry the full cost of your purchase.


Once you decide to return your purchase, within the deadline, we will reimburse you all payments in connection with your return, including the shipment costs (exempt are the terms noted above).

We will reimburse you the same way you affected payment to us.

We will reimburse you once we have received and accepted your return.
