We’re delighted to have you shop at Firusas. If by any chance you wish to return your order, you may do so within 14 days since you have received your purchase.

Fill out the enclosed return form and state which item you are returning and the reason for it. Then place it inside your package and send it back to us at:

We don't carry the costs of the return shipment.

In case you wish to speed up the return process, you can contact our customer service to generate a return label for you. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Kindly note that all returned items must be new and unworn, with all Firusas tags and designer labels still attached.

We will not accept the return of items:
-    that were ordered to your specifications, or were tailored to your personal needs,
-    that were not purchased directly from https://firusas.com/,
-    that were delivered with a seal, and cannot be taken back for hygienic reasons, or for health protection reasons, in as far as the seal has been broken after receipt.

Insurance

All packages are insured while in transit from Firusas to the delivery destination.

Refunds

Once you decide to return your purchase, within the deadline, we will reimburse you the cost of the items you have ordered and returned, as well as the delivery cost of the original order.

We will reimburse you the same way you affected payment to us.
We will reimburse you once we have received and accepted your return.

PLEASE NOTE: RETURNS CAN TAKE TWO TO THREE WEEKS TO PROCESS.
