Klarna

Slice it

Slice it is a payment method provided by Klarna, that allows you to shop now and split purchases in up to 24 monthly installments. It can be used for Austria and Germany as shipping destinations.

To use Klarna Slice it, several conditions must be fulfilled:

  • You have to be at least 18 years of age.
  • Your billing address must match your registered address at Klarna.
  • You need to have a valid payment card, the card needs to be in your name and not have expired.
  • You need to make sure your payment card has enough money to cover all the installments.

Choose Slice it as your payment method.

If you’re a first-time customer, fill out your full name, billing address, date of birth, phone number and email address. Returning customers can simply pay by filling out their email address or phone number or date of birth.

When you’re applying for a Klarna account and Slice it for the first time, Klarna will run an affordability check in the background and provide you with the available monthly installments you can pay with.

After completing the order, you will receive an email with a payment link and the order amount will be added to the total balance in your Klarna account.

You can pay with your preferred payment method through Klarna website or in the Klarna app.

Returns

If you wish to return the items you have purchased, our Return Policy gives you 14 days after receiving your order to do so. Kindly follow the Return Instructions you have received in your Firusas box. In case you’re due a full refund, any remaining payments will be canceled and anything you’ve already paid will be refunded to the card you used to make the payment. If you’re due a partial refund, that’s more than the remaining balance on your order, the amount from the outstanding balance will be deducted first. Then the difference to the card you used to pay off the purchase will be refunded. If the partial refund is less than the remaining balance on your order,the amount from the outstanding balance will be deducted. And then the remaining balance will be spread evenly over the remaining payments.

Sofort is an online banking payment service that allows you to make quick and secure payments, using only your banking details. With an immediate transaction confirmation your Firusas order will be processed immediately.

Here are the steps for fast and easy shopping:

Choose Sofort as your payment method.

Select your country and choose the bank that will carry out the transfer.

You will be directed to the secure payment form. Log in with your online banking login details. You will be asked for a confirmation code that can be used only once.

You will receive your order confirmation.
