Do I need an account to make a purchase?

No, don’t need an account to make a purchase. However, here are some of the perks of signing up and becoming a FIRUSAS member:

How do I make a purchase?

Making a purchase has never been easier, just follow these steps:

  1.  Pick the item you like
  2. Choose the size and color and click on ‘’Add to Shopping Bag’’ button
  3. After you’ve completed browsing and shopping click on the bag icon in the top right corner of each page and you will be directed to your Shopping Bag
  4. Click on ‘’Go to Checkout’’, when you’re ready to place an order.
I added an incorrect email address while signing up - what do I do now?

You needn’t worry. Simply sign up again with the correct email address and your account will be set up immediately. If you need assistance, kindly contact our Customer Support at customersupport@firusas.com

I forgot my password. What should I do?

You can always reset your password by clicking on ‘’Reset my Password’’ button below the Sign In form. Instructions on how to set up a new password will be sent to you by email within a few minutes.

Is my personal information private?

What payment methods does FIRUSAS accept?

FIRUSAS accepts all major payment methods:

Is it safe to use my credit card for payments?

Yes. Using the credit card for payment is safe as we process all purchases through a secure checkout system Stripe. By encrypting your card details in a secure host environment, we made sure all your information is protected.

Why was my credit card declined?

If your credit card has been declined, kindly check if you have entered your information correctly and if you enough available funds. If your card is declined again, you can easily change your payment method. For any assistance, our Customer Support is at your disposal at customersupport@firusas.com

Which currency do I pay in?

All payments and invoices are in Euros (€).

Which countries does FIRUSAS offer shipping to?

We are shipping Firusas orders to 28 countries.

How many days does it take to receive my order?

Depending on the shipment method you have chosen, shipping can take between 1 and 4 business days. Our shipping partner is DHL and together we work on delivering you FIRUSAS products as soon as possible.

Will my package be insured against theft or potential damage?

All packages are insured while in transit from FIRUSAS to the delivery destination. Once the package is received it is no longer insured.

Do you provide shipping to multiple addresses?

We do provide shipping to multiple addresses. In your FIRUSAS account, you can manage your address book and save time while making an order, by simply choosing a pre-saved address.

Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?

You can make changes to your order prior to it being dispatched. In case the order is already on its way to you, you can make a new purchase and return the first order to us; once we have received your returned items, we will issue you a refund. Kindly note that all returned items must be new and unused, unwashed and unaltered and a return form must be filled out.

Can I exchange my order?

Of course. If you would like to exchange your order, place a new order and return the item you have previously purchased. Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund.

How do I cancel my order?

Your order can be canceled prior to it being dispatched. If the order has already been sent to you, you will need to return it, in order to receive a refund. Kindly read the following question and answer for more information on this matter.

How do I return my order?

In sum, you have 28 calendar days, before you have to send us the goods back.We carry the costs of the return shipment. Exempt from that are shipments which are not sent from the same place where you picked it up, as well as all shipment modes which exceed the lowest available rate.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched you can easily track it through Track My Order in My Orders section of your FIRUSAS account or via the link in the Tracking email we have sent you

How much taxes and customs will I pay?

FIRUSAS is not held liable for additional taxes and customs fees, that can be imposed by your country’s regulations.

What happens during emergency times?
During the states of emergency, we stay open and together with our partners we ensure you a safe shopping experience. Delivery time remains the same and depending on your chosen Shipment method it takes between 2 and 4 business days.
